Joanne Klauke-LaBelle, OMC
FOUNDER
Following a personal tragedy back in 1993, this local music teacher founded, marketed and built this successful youth organization. For the first few years this program was financed and run out of Joanne’s home. However, due to popular demand, Joanne’s passion for youth and the generosity of the corporate community, local businesses, individuals and volunteers, Harmony has continued to grow and positively affect the lives of all those entrusted to her care. Joanne, along with her husband and daughters often work 60+ hours a week, teaching our youth and promoting Harmony. For further details, please reference Harmony’s Bio.

Mike Taylor
OFFICE MANAGER

Mike was raised in Sarnia and studied culinary arts in BC, before returning home. Worked at many resturants then landed a job at Bayer. Was there 14 yrs then laid off. Worked as labourer, carpenter, playground installer while coaching baseball and hockey and volunteering at CMHA. I became involved with Harmony when I was looking for something my daughter and I could do together. As her self esteem grew, so did my commitment to Harmony. I believe that Harmony had a major roll in helping me raise my daughter into the outstanding young lady she is today.

Deb Cullis
SUICIDE RESOURCE CENTER COORDINATOR
Deb was a stay at home mom for 12 years. She had heard about Harmony for Youth through a friend.  She became a volunteer for about a year and then was appointed the Suicide Resource Center Coordinator. She totally believes in what Harmony stands for.  This organization has helped her twelve year old daughter Cara and nine year old son Patrick out tremendously. Deb and her husband Shawn continue to volunteer with Harmony whenever needed.
